accept the response from the business.) Zenni optical response is ridiculous ! Lenses are made to fit a particular frame they are not INTERCHANGEABLE ! Apparently their is a problem with this particular frame, since I have been checking for 2 months and they are "OUT OF STOCK " "Discontinued" The lenses I have will not fit any other of their frames ! Or any other frame for that matter This leaves NO option for me ! The lady At Zenni optical told me " What moron would expect quality titanium rimmed glasses for these prices? extremely small amount of money. . Good luck" Regarding their do it yourself 30 day warranty and pay half price for a new frame is like getting a new transmission in your car and it breaks in 30 days so they send you a new one for half price and YOU put it in yourself ! So where is the value ! They were advertised as TITANIUM which refers a certain amount of quality and durability and happen to be the most expensive frames they have they broke with absolutely no ware or tear They are not as she said CHEAP in price, only in quality ! I don't even believe they are true Titanium Which would be false advertising ! This company has no morals As a senior citizen and Veteran I need my glassed to drive to the VA and to get my medication ect. I was forced to purchase new glasses frames and all elsewhere , Therefore since it has been over 2 months since they had a replacement and I had to purchase a new pair I think a total refund is in order
