I ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses from Zenni Optical, providing a current Rx from a licensed optician.

When I received the glasses, they were fine except for distance which was blurry. 

It took five e-mails from me requesting an RMA number, to finally get a response.  Then, they wanted to ask questions before issuing an RMA.  They questioned every bit of information I provided, even information that I obtained from a licensed optician.

At this point they are asking me to return the glasses "for inspection" before deciding on what action they will take (that is, whether or not they will issue a refund).

I am not happy at all with this company and do not recommend anyone do business with them.
