I have purchased expensive Progressives wirh very expensive upgrades to Photochromic Polycarbonate Impact Resistant Digital Free Form Progressive, in both 2016 and 2020. These glasses began to fail at about 12 to 14 months, sadly right at warranty end. It looks very much like ultra cheap materials or planned obsolesence. The front coatings on the glasses began to bubble and peal away, making the useless. My care during the usable time was as prescribed, soft case and optical cloth.

On the 2016 pair, I called customer service and they refused to replace the manufacture defects glasses. They suggested an even more expensive pair, which began to fail at about 12 months. I have very detailed photos. I taked for an hour with Jason in Columbia and Supervvisor Alex in Columbia. As a team, they refused to replace the glasses even though they were purchased in 2020 for $182.

The owners are Tibor Laczay and Julia Zhen. The materials used in the lenses are so cheap, I would reccommend ANY OTHER OPTICIAN.

Sincerely,

Greg S.
