Zeno sold an engine on 4/13/16 by Tom and was guaranteed delivery within 7-10 days. Tom was great, he was knowledgeable of products and attentive. I was counting business days so expected the engine to arrive on 4/28/16. On 4/20/16 I called to speak with Tom and request the tracking number and was transferred to Auzie, Tom's supervisor, and was advised it was not shipped but would be within 2 more days. Auzie, assured the part would be shipped and he would call me to confirm. No call back. Then on 4/25 I followed up and was told the original part had a defect and an alternate part with more mileage was on a pallet but not shipped, but he would call me back with a tracking number by the end of the day. On 4/28 no engine arrived and no call back from the floor supervisor. I called them and still gave them until Monday to confirm shipment but there was still no part shipped or tracking number.

On 5/4 I requested my refund and was advised in 48-72 hours I would have my refund. On 5/10 no refund so spoke with floor supervisor Auzie again and was advised money would be returned in 2-3 days, I reminded him he had told me this on 5/4 and he replied that it should have been processed and would research the issue and give me a call back. No CALL back (not surprising). On 5/11/16 I called the office and someone else refused to give me their name and pretended to be Auzie and assured me the refund would be completed by end of the business day. Still no money. I have left a message for the owner Mr. Matthew James on 5/12/16 and will see if I receive a response.

It has been a month and their customer service has gotten worse by hanging up on me, placing me hold and not transferring me to the requested party, not returning phone calls and even pretending to be supervisors by employees. They are crooks and swindlers. I would have had no problem if they were up front regarding the part being damaged and offering my money back immediately but that did not happen so I am reporting them to the BBB and all their social media outlets. Will try the local news station as well.

This should not be allowed to continue.
