Zeno Auto Parts Inc. Charged $1020.00 for a transmission, order never filled, and money still not returned @ 5 weeks now. Hamilton Township New Jersey
I had ordered an transmission from this company on March 05, 2016. Checked status within one week, said they were very busy and had not inspected it for shipping.
Contacted them again one week later and was given the same excuse. I then cancelled the order and was told my refund was to be returned immediately.
No such luck with that as of yet. 04/19/2016
The same day I cancelled this order, I ordered another transmission from a different company and received the procust within 4 business days. all the while they kept in great contact through e-mail and followed through on delivery promptly.
This company (Zeno Auto Parts) is definately not the way to go if a consumer is in need of reliable parts.
I will at all costs avoid using these people and would suggest you avoid them too.
