Same exact thing happened to me.
I found their website via trade directories alibaba and tradekey. I contacted this company then placed an order and sent payment via WU. After they acknowledged receiving my money, they did not deliver the product, and then never replied to my emails.
So I wrote to them using a different email address, posing as a new customer, and they replied back immediately.
Please do not trust these people at Zeon Research Chemicals, or www.ZeonResearchChemicals.com.

No offense but what else do you expect to have happened. Were you not trying to buy chemicals that are known to act very closely to other illegal drugs from a source you found online that required no verification of your legal right to buy such substances??
I wouldn't attempt to purchase such things from anyone!
