Complaint Review: Zephstore- on Ebay

I ordered a Crystal Vision security surveillance system from Ebay. At first, I had a question about installing the cameras, but a relative helped with it because there was no phone number and I could not get an answer from the seller.

In the Ebay posting, the seller stated that there was a free year warranty with this system. (I took pictures of this posting as proof.) I never received a warranty! No customer support or Tech support. No telephone numbers, either!

I have a 'ghost' (shadows) in my cameras and cannot get a hold of this person.

I opened a case on Ebay and the rep took it upon herself and started a return process, without my knowledge.

I called her(Ebay) the next day and told her she should not have done that because I cannot uninstall the entire system without breaking down my walls. I had it professionally installed and would also be out that money.

I asked for a telephone number so I could speak to the seller.

She said she would get me that telephone number.

She never did! 

I opened a case on Pay Pal and all looked okay in the beginning, but they too were lying to me!

Now, Pay Pal said that 'I have to return the item for a full refund.'

After relaying the entire story to them, I got fed up. Please do NOT order this system from ZEPHSTORE on Ebay. The seller is a liar and does not hold true to the warranty because I do not have a warranty. Ebay and Pay Pal were NO HELP either!
