This was my experience:

Misquoted price
Misquoted terms and conditions
Unable to access order details on line to verify agreement
White Glove delivery service: drivers had no idea it was a full set up, had no tools and no skills to execute.
Mattress: memory foam gets too hot, air chambers are unpredictable, and number setting does not work.
Customer services was very helpful un til I decided to opt out and return the bed (with ample time before the 90 day term)
Refusing to take adjustable bed frame back. (was sold as covered within the 90 day return as part of a promo - salesman pushed on)
Refusing to pick up mattress. Require that I buy shipping materials, box it and return (they link for return labels expired before I could print them)
No reply to email. Both to the site CS link, as well as to the customer service rep: Mae Odell directly.
No replies to calls left on VM.
800# on the site no longer working. 407# goes to VM.
