*REBUTTAL Owner of company: What happened when you called our customer service number on the bill??

I just think it is a ripoff to be charged 27.91 for a 6 minute collect call. This was from an adjoining state maybe one hour away. I don't understand why it says on my bill "Billed on behalf of NCIC", when it says this portion of your bill is provided as a service of Zero Plus Dialing. There is a Misc charge for $4.60 billed on behalf of NCIC with the descripton of UHIVERSAL SERVICE FUND. I hope this keeps anybody else from getting overcarged.

Sorry about the Universal Service Charge. that is an FCC mandated fee that gets paid mostly to AT&T. All of the sales taxes and federal taxes add up. Please call our customer service number about resolution of the charges. I think our customer service can satisfy your concern. The number is 888-230-4523 or send an email to info@ncic.com
