I was billed for a collect call FOR 1 MINUTE in the AMOUNT of 10.30 on 6/29/03 and I called regarding this call. As there is only 2 of us in the home, I didn't take a call. My husband said he did not take a call and from ind. as we don't know anyone there anyway. I talk to operator 8001, and he gave me a hard time just to talk to the manager, which her name is carol. She finally said she would credit this and did on 10/07/03, after it remained on my bill for 4 months.

Well I got my phone bill today and it was charged back on, 10.30 FOR 1 MINUTE. I called again and was on the phone for a total of 55 minutes. I got the same operator # 8001 and again gave me a hard time to get to the manager. Said I had already talked to her and they were not removing the charges, but I kept insisting to talk to her.

I got rerouted to another operator #8005. I told her my time was as valuable as theirs and she said that Carol the manager was not there. After I kept insisting to speck to her, she said that Carol said to transfer the call, and she did.

I got a woop woop woop, then the the phone went dead. I feel like they owe me for my time same as they have charged me. I am goimg to send them a bill for 55.00 so wish me luck. The manager could have gave me a call me as she was aware of my call. This should be against the law. It is highway robbery.
