Zero Plus Dialing Ripoff - Vast overcharge for a three minute call. Jackson Tennessee
On June 21 my wife called me from the hospital in Jackson TN. She had gone to Jackson to assist with a neighbor that had a stroke the night before. She called me the next morning to let me know the situation and to let me know when she would be back in Camden TN.
I was billed $17.46 for a reported three minute call. With tax the total was $19.64. I am a Bell South customer. The Service provider on the bill was reported as Quest Comm Corp, billing for Zero Plus Dialing, Inc.
I called Zero Plus and got the standard "rates are approved by ... etc".
This Company need to be investigated and put out of business.
