Very angry at the cost to quality ratio of Zero One. It's an extremely expensive filter system, but has many flaws. First, the construction is horrible. The top of the pitcher doesn't sit tight and there is a small hole behind the reservoir insert that, if you over fill, will allow unfiltered water into the actual pitcher.

But the worst part... when a filter begins to expire (which is only about 3 weeks at best), it gives the water a fish tanks smell. Customer Service does nothing to rectify the situation and blame my local water. Sorry, but if their filter is actually working, then how would it be the fault of my water (which doesn't smell like fish otherwise)?

Zero Water is a scam... an expensive scam. Don't make the same mistake I made.
