zetaclear GSCM fulfillment center quadrupled my order-refused to cancel within 24 hours-received my return sent no refund burbank California

ordered one item for $29.95-soon as credit card info entered screen changed 3 times-trying to get me to agree to autoenroll-  then order page popped up for maybe 30 seconds and i saw they had me on hook for FIVE products-total $159.95!  was sat. night no one answered phone they don't operate on weekend.  So monday morning(less than 24 hours) i called when they opened--said order "already shipped"!- would not cancel-didn't know when manager would come in(!)  repeated calls got me an RMA number 0f 17 digits-told me i had to pay $10 restock fee for all items even the four i didn't order.          Returned all products unopened with RMA number by USPS have proof of delivery.  They have not returned any of the money nor contacted me in any way it's been 3 weeks.   The web site they tell you to email to is not valid.  They are a FRAUD RIPOFF company!  I cancelled the card i used or they would still be trying to steal my money.    Filing complaint with MA A.G.'s office-Better Business Bureau.  Going to file against them in small claims court if possible.  Don't buy anything from these thieves!
