I started to order Zetaclear. I went as far as putting my credit card number in but changed my mind. I get an email from them telling me I didn't complete my order and offering a discount. So they acknowledge I didn't order the items. Never went back to their website after that. I had already gone back and placed the order but used a different card prior to hte email. The next day I get 2 charges on my card. One for the order I didn't finish and one for the order I did. Contacted them and was told I wasn't double charged. I think I would know. Tried to cancel to just end the whole thing. Nope can't do that. To date I received one shipment but have paid for 2. Can't get a response to get my money back. Then there is the return policy and restocking fee. It says a $10 restocking fee per item. Thought I only ordered one item. Nope ordered 4 apparently. $40 restocking fee. A 4 month supply as they sell it is 4 items. Only placed one order thought only one restocking fee. Then there is the automatic placement in their auto ship program. They don't tell you this. You don't select it but you are in it and they will charge you repeatedly and keep shipping. Would have just refused shipment but it got left on my doorstep no signature required. I would not order anything form them. Also since when is a money back guarantee not based on whether the product works.
