Zetatel Comm - OAN Services added 74.85 to phone bill on something I did not order St Louis Missouri
I found a 19.95 charge on my phone bill for voicemail dated 11/03. Below that a setup fee of 34.95 and then another 19.95 for voicemail dated 12/04. I called OAN services and they said they would cancel the service but I would have to pay the 34.95 one time fee.
I told them it would be a cold day in hell and that they should "definately" take me to court and sue me. I notified SBC of the problem and told them that the 74.85 in question would NEVER be paid in my lifetime.
