Company sent de r. 2 weeks past filed a claim witheceived defective merchandise. Cold 1 800 number for assistance. Person on the phone was not able to help and not able to give are a number. Said to email company for a return authorization. received a return authorization immediately mail dot product back. Been received email confirming they had received. Did not hear from the company for 3 weeks So I emailed them asking what was the status of it. they emailed asking for a return authorization or order number. I immediately responded. did not hear from the company a 2 weeks pa detronics send email notifying 10 would be shippedst filed a complaint with Pay pal. after filing complaint I was informed merchandise would be shipped immediately. Did not receive merchandise. upgraded complaint to claim. 2 days later company notify they had shipped merchandise. Did not Stop playing during the merchandice would not actually come. Finally received 2 and a half months later. company has terrible custom service! Horrible communication. the been emailed me asking if I had received. They proceeded to e claimmail me and tell me that they had shipped it before any pay pal claim . Funny nothing was happening in till pay pal got involved. If they would have communicated possibly things could have been better.
