Complaint Review: zetronix corp.

I bought a spy camera from them (invoice #183845 ).and after it was delivered THEN the guy tells me on cust service ,,,which takes days for them to call you back .That you must leave your computer on 24 hrs a day 7 days a week to record..HELOOOOOOOO..it doesnt say that anywhere so i informed him i couldnt use it..sent it back the next day in original box with everything intact.I didnt even remove the protective plastic from the camera..they told me there would be a small restocking fee.checked there website and it said 15%,,,(small ????).I paid 319.99 for the camera and they only returned 251.40... Ztronix needs to buy a new calulator.they deducted 68.59 when it should have only been 47 dollars..if you go to the website there is no e-mail address to contact them..you can only call cust service .which no one ever ever picks up..im still waiting for a response..Im so sorry i bought from them.PLEASE!!!! dont trust these people..go somewhere else..Im going to tell everyone i know about this place,They are a bunch of crooks....zetronix is a ripoff.
