Complaint Review: Zetronix Corp.

Ordered and received a nanny-cam clock.  Same did not work at all with respect to recording.  Sent it back pursuant to their instructions, with their return authorization number. 

I requested a refund.  They ignored that request and said they shipped out another unit and gave me a tracking number.  Tracked same, and USPS confirmed online there was never any such shipment. 

Numerous calls and emails later inquiring about my refund, and nothing.  No calls, no return emails, and it is impossible to get a human being on the phone.

After checking around, I see my experience with this online-only retailer is not unique. 

DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RETAILER.  THEY APPEAR TO BE A SCAM OPERATION SENDING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND THEN DISAPPEAR RATHER THAN MAKING GOOD ON THE TRANSACTION, AFTER THEY HAVE TAKEN YOUR MONEY.
