I have make purchase with zetronix, but after a week time pass, they still have not deliver my products to me. i started to get worried and i asked them to update me on my products, and to provide me the tracking number.
But they are delaying a day by a day. i got more worry and i do lots of research in the net about this company, and i found out alot of negative comments on them. "they took my money but never deliver my goods", "they sent me defective products" and etc.
So, i have email zetronix saying that i saw those comments online and im now very worry, i told them to send me the prove and tracking number the next working day, or i will report this to the Internet Crime Complaint Center, and i will file a dispute with pay pal.
Finally they sent me the tracking number, and the goods has only been sent out on that day itself. (Why do they need to take a week to sent the goods? and why not telling my and keep delaying it?)
I have not receive my goods yet. Hope that it is usable when it arrive *finger cross*

Suggestion : Do not buy from this company.. if you really wanted to, pls do lots of research on this company first. Do not trust the reviews from their website, as they will delete negative reviews and only keep those good review. (you can try if you don't believe) i've tried to post many times, negative comment and they deleted it off.

Possible Fradulent Order from Malaysia

Customer made a purchase with PayPal, their account was unverified and they requested the goods to be shipped to Malaysia. Malaysia is a high risk country associated with fraudulent orders, we told the customer  that order would ship after minimum a week from the order date.  That is how long it takes to verify fraud. Customer was belligerent and would refuse to hear it.  After a week the order was shipped out, customer still belligerent and difficult.
