Burn me once, your fault. Burn me twice, my fault. I realize I am far too trusting. Months ago I ordered essential oils from China. It took months to receive. When it arrived, it was poorly packaged and the lids on the oils loosened and many were empty. Contacted them and was promised a new shipment which never arrived. Now, I again foolishly ordered the robot floor cleaner and after much prompting, it came in the mail. Again it was poorly packaged, had instructions written in Chinese, and did not work. Upon trying to mail it back to them, the address was insufficient. I am hopeful I can receive refunds and also make it known that this company is not reputable.
