I was on zibus.com web site and i was interested in the dropshipping part of the company. when i finished the application it said that there was a mandatory 19.99 application fee. So i typed in my credit card and pressed enter. The screen flashed and it came back that my address did not match the one on the card. So I thought that maybe that card was maxed out so i put in another card, thinking that since the addresses so they say don't match they didn't charge me. Ha Ha Ha wrong they got me on both credit cards and i was still unable to access the site.

I wan't my money back. I tried filling out the documents for the contact us page and it has been a week and i have heard nothing. Its a scam and they ripped me off for 39.98. What a joke.

Just dispute the charges!

In writing, file a dispute to your credit card co for a reversal of charges. Thats the easy solution.

Also, when ordering online most of the time you have to use the billing address of where you recieve your statement exactly the way it is on your statement.

This is a no brainer.
