Ziebart / Speedy autoglass I purchased a vehicle from them My son was employed there at the time , Well they charged me 400 a month for this 2001 grand Prix Marion Ohio
So my son gave them 100 per week on his pay day Every week All was fine then hhey let him go and i I was wondering when they would send my title because my car should have been paid off Then I found out they Put my son Two cars on my account WITHOUT my permission My son is 30 years old his debts are his debts So Friday I am ready to go to the store and I seen a tow truck pulling in alley They had sent him to pick up my car saying I still owed 1900.00 I purchased car the 3 Rd month of last year I put 400.00 down on it They came only after my car not The other two because they don't run , I have my car in a garage so they don't take it but I really need help please Please help me I'm not lying I have receipts where my bill was lower and then went up from them adding my son's two cars on my account without me signing or agreeing to anything They told my son they didn't need my signature or permission Which I know for a fact they can't do that He is not a minor He is 30 years old.
They sold me a car and my son two cars on payments Then they put both my sons cars on my account Without my permission They didn't even ask me or let me know about it My son questioned it saying I better ask my mom first and they told him it was nothing they didn't have to have my permission .Which I know they can't legally do this to me without my permission or signing anything at all So it made my car not be paid of and they tried repoing it saying I owe 1900.00 on my car They didn't even bother other two cars They only want mine cause it's only one that runs Tranny went our on the other vehicle within like a month of him paying on it I know at 400 a month that by Christmas 2015 my car would have been paid off And there is no way I would owe 1900.00 a year latter and if so why did they wait till 3 months after they let my son go to come to get my car They never as much as called or anything Please look into this for me Please theres no way i still owe 1900.00 . I do have receipts showing where my bill went up from them adding his cars to my account I am disabled and Don't have alot of money to pay for lawyers Everyone I have cried too has said I should try 6 on your side That's why I am . Please please look into this I know I am not wrong Thank you
