On the 6.Jan I gave an order about cigarett tobacco and some utilities on the internet "Ziggymart.com"

On 14.Jan accounted the companie my money about uproundet $35.00

Same day answerd -livespent2...- sorry we have not in stock your order tobacco, can we change???
I respondet with yes, change the other tobacco!

On 21.Jan came the respond: your order is in pending, we try to deliver soon.

On 27.Jan I asked, where is my stuff??? Answer: next week we get the product and send it priority mail.

Till today the 12.Feb is no product per mail coming.

It look like a internet rip off business.

I have dealt with ziggymart for some 5 years now.Delays do occur from time to time but are always related to awaiting stock since they have such a massive turn over with orders and have often said they could easily work 24/7/52.

How many employees will happily work 18hr days?I know the owner does and HE works Sundays too since he's contacted me before to check an order.The inital complaint disturbs me since a complaint is filed whilst he is fully aware of the situation,he says so.His English is very poor so has he actually fully understood the terms and conditions ?

What really does grate is that the owner of ziggymart ONLY came across this complaint after 7 months.WHY? "ANNA"-Texas deduces the order has not been fulfilled,hopefully she is not law enforcement,since the original person who complained has long since disappeared.Her powers of deduction have desperate need of a crystal ball since only 2 people can answer her questions,the instigator of the complaint or ziggymart themselves.Her comments are therefore nothing more than mischief making since she really has no experience of dealing with the company involved or the complaint originator.

Mischevious supposition does not make for accurate statements of FACT.I will continue to use ziggymart as i have always done,they are down to earth ,hard working and always try to do their best,errors happen it's called life,but i will happily stand in court and state they are no way on earth,rip off merchants,i'll gladly stake my life on that.

To the initial person that started this crazy thread. I have been doing business with Ziggymart for years. Probably 5 years. Whenever I order anything it comes in one business day, and if I ever have a question about any products, or orders, the customer service is bar none excellent.

Does anybody realise what is going on here? It's called insanity, and it's also called a HUGE compliment to Ziggymart and thier staff. This is ONE unsatisfied person, and I know that the guys at Ziggymart would do anything to make things right if anything went wrong.

Sometimes in life tobacco isn't the end all of life. The focus of this person is self centered and boring to say the least. I'm not sure how many YEARS Ziggymart has been in business, but instead of keying on one guy, and have other bored people comment on this is beyond funny. Lighten up guy, our country is at war!

Think of the big picture in life, and stop looking for trouble, and a needle in a haystack. In closing, Ziggymart is one of the best customer service oriented companies that I have ever come across, and in a world of pre-recorded messages from 90% of the companies out there.

These guys are human, and take thier business seriously. They answer EVERY email, and they call when something comes up that is out of thier control. Rock on Ziggymart, you guys are the BEST!

For the fella that started this thread, get a hobby or a life, not everything is about you, ask the 10's of thousands SATISFIED customers like the one above this reply. Maybe someone should start a website with satifaction from companies out there. That will never happen because people in general like to fight for all the wrong reasons.

I am a regular customer of Ziggymart and I have been for however many years.
I order some hard to find cigars from Ziggymart and sometimes it takes a while, but Ziggymart always comes through for me.
I have never had a bad experience with Ziggymart and I was shocked to see that someone is reporting ziggymart as some sort of scam! I will recommend ziggymart to anyone looking for a good reliable tobacconist.

Geez! I guess I was better off not responding at all because this is really not worth my time! I have business to run here and a staff filling hundreds if not thousands of orders per week! Wow, I guess a rip-off scam like mine gets on average 200+ orders per day with most of the happy customers coming back again and again!!??? I wonder why? Doh!!! It's because we aren't a rip-off scam! You should really spend your time doing something worthwhile instead of hassling honest businesses! On Jan 27, you said you would "ship next week via priority mail". According to the calendar, that would have been the week of Feb 3 and he still hadn't had anything delivered by Feb 12.

I know of the 30 day time frame, but you still took the man's money and a full month later, he still has nothing. Actually, he has less than nothing because you are sitting on his money. I don't have to order from you, and never would, based on this man's complaint.

Peter in Kansas felt he was ripped off and that's why he posted. I agree with him and based on his story, I find your claim of "reputable" to be a little tenuous, at best.

I don't bark up trees and my time is to valuable to waste on people who are cornered IN trees. A reputable company that values its customers doesn't make anyone feel as if they've been ripped off.

How would I know enough to respond to this report if I never got an email on it myself? The only way I found out was from surfing the web. This customer did get their merchandise and I did not lie about any specific delivery date. There was a simple estimation of time given according to stock and expected incoming shipments from N.C. I would have to look into my archives for a specific delivery time but if you know anything at all about the rules and guidelines of the Federal Trade Commission, the latest an order can be delivered is within the 30 day time frame.


I doubt it took this long for the customer to receive his goods. Why don't you let him respond for himself. You obviously never ordered from us before so how would you know anything about our company? It is obvious this website is here to discredit rip-off scams, but that does not apply to reputable businesses like us who answer our phones and respond to customer concerns. Did it take 7 months for him to get his order? Did he ever get his order? You probably wouldn't have ended up here if you hadn't taken his money without a delivery date. You should have sent him an email and not lied about when you would ship it, priority mail or not.

I think he was right to post his problem here.

This customer obviously jumped the gun by reporting us to RipOffreport.com. We always ship our goods and there may be some backorders on some of the products that we sell. This customer was impatient and jumped to conclusions when they didn't get their product right away.

If he clearly read our terms and condition he would find out that some products run out of stock more quickly and we must replenish our stock on a regular basis. It is the nature of the tobacco business.

We have been in business since 1993 and on the web since 1999. We are listed in Dun & Bradstreet and we do have a Duns Number. We are also licensed tobacco importers with the Department of the United States Treasury (Lic. #MA-TI-15) We are bonded and insured for all incoming tobacco shipments.

Such information is clearly listed on our website ziggymart.com so I can't understand how this customer could suddenly determine we were some rip-off scam!!?? Just read our Customer Testimonials Link on our website and you will see the many comments from our happy and satisfied customers.
