Charged credit card, but no delivery 2 months later. Repeated e-mails unanswered, listed phones are full and not receiving messages. I had my transaction refunded through my credit card for non-delivery, but they have lost me as a customer forever. I went to Riverfrontgifts.com and received the same order in 3 days for $30 less...no hassles.
