Issues with this zija company... No training manual or help to start the business. Paid for intercept fee to prevent shipping but the box came in anyway. Called for the label to refuse shipment but still havent received the label The products are outrageously overpriced. Im getting yelled at by my parents. Idk what else to do... I have to call them everyday to remind them to refund money. This is the fourth and final time I am dealing with these people. The independent distributors make false claims like it cures cancer and they drive around in these expensive Mercedes Benz cars while folks like me suffer the strife of having to pay the debt off and it's making me miserable, depressed, angry, and suicidal sometimes. The previous salesman I talked too bullies me and blames me for causing strife with him and his wife because of a refund I requested.

 I received the labeling to mail it back and currently I have no issues and am in good standing with the company. It will be shipped back tomorrow.

 It is a high quality product It is used to help malnutrition in countries worldwide I just wanted the buyer to know and be aware to think about what he is getting before he buys the product and consider the risks and benefits. It has a good flavor and tastes like liquid banana. You better have the money when you purchase the product it's hard to get a refund because the company is multi level marketing the money has already been distributed to people higher up than you and when trying to get a refund the people who were paid that money have to pay it back. Aka pyramid scheme. It would be nice if the product was in the stores in store shelves. But apparently that's not going to happen anytime soon. Overall I would rate this company as a 4 out of 10 for customer service and refunds but 8 out of 10 for quality of product.
