Complaint Review: Zilcom Media Group (Ghost Magazine)

I subscribed in November 2007 for a year of Ghost Magazine. Paid $23.45 to Zilcom Media Group and was told I'd receive my issue soon. Month later I sent an email since I was concerned I'd not gotten a confirmation of my order. No response. Emailed and called. Left messages. No response.

January 2008 I get an email from Fletcher Allderdice stating that they're running behind but they'd refund my money. I took her up on her offer and got no further response and no refund.

I recently filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Florida and was informed the company is out of business. Interesting, you'd never know it by their website.

Just wanting to warn others.
