Zingo Telecom, Inc After service was cancled zingotel keeps sending bills after 1 year they still send bills trying to charge my credit card and the service was not good when we had zingotel .zingotel is a bad company to do business with. Fort Lauderdale Florida

Zingo tel was a bad company to do business with there customer service was bad and rude complaints was not taken care of.
Below is an email from zingotel dated June 02/2007 asking for billing information which the service was disconnected over a year ago..

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your business. Your current Invoice is now posted to your account and attached as a .pdf file. Payments are collected automatically with the credit card on file for your account. If your credit card is current to date you are not required to do anything at this time. You can view your Invoice(s), update your credit card information and or make payment online by following the instructions below:

1. Go to www.zingotel.com
2. Select MY ACCOUNT link (top right)
3. Login with your PHONE or EMAIL & PASSWORD
4. Select the link BILLING
5. Select the link Pay Bill (update your credit card or make payment)

If the transaction was approved an e-mail will be sent to you as confirmation of payment.

Still sending bills

Zingo Telecom, is still sending bills after a year and a hafe. I have contacted them but they will not stop. this company is a fraud and watch out for them and just think if they still had my credit card what they would do.
