It is a fraud not to warn consumers that specific print feature(s) are restricted before buying a magazine or book.
I wanted to print a single copy of an online book for notes and references I could write in and on. The print options were not advertised before I bought the book. If I knew that before hand, I would have bought a hard copy online. I will buy a hard copy elsewhere. I will most likely not buy any more books from Zinio.
My email to Zinio customer service:

Summary:Printing a copy of a book

Details: The buttons on the print options only allows me to print those pages on view. How do I activate the print all button?

Zinio's Answer: Hello,

Thank you for contacting Zinio Customer Support. Printing allowances for each publication are set by the publisher. Most allow only the pages visible on screen to be printed in one print job.

You can print from either the online version of the Zinio Reader, or from the software version, available for download here: https://www.zinio.com/account/download-reader-page.jsp

If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

Kind regards,
A.N. (abbreviated for privicy of individual)

Actually they do tell you in advance. It is right here:

Just because you choose not to read it does not make it "fraud," especially considering it is actually the publisher's decision and not Zinio's.
