We bought a new car in 2009, Zion financed it, we lost our job and tried to make payment arrangements, our contact didn't return our call even though she requested we make payment arrangements. She had our car reposed from where my wife worked( 2010). We called our contact asking about payment arrangements, or what is going to happen to us next. The past 4 years the bank never contacted us or returned our calls. We moved and lived in Park City the past three years, they tried to reach us at our original address May 2013 (according to Zions Bank), three years later., three years after we moved from residence. The account showed up on my credit report years after the event w/ 8800 balance - charge off. Now they contact me 4 years later with 6k in interest!!!! Zion bank had years to contact us, why do they wait for years? To charge interest? I think it's a discombobulated mess there behind the scenes of the lending institution. Consumers have no rights, getting fully abused by the banking system. P.S. - Sad to see the middle class getting abused, again.
