This company either broke or badly damaged pretty much everything we own. They doubled the quote once stuff was already on the truck, then demanded more money at time of delivery or would not take it off the truck and it had to be cash.
Our cardboard boxes were all crushed. Our heavy duty plastic boxes were crushed and craked open. Stuff was unwrapped that left wrapped and came back damaged.
Were missing things but got back what they were packaged in (how kind).
Two boxes of dishes were destroyed, only three plates and two mugs were salvageable, they were all packed into standard place setting boxes.
They couldn't get straight the delivery date and kept changing things that were already agreed apon.The person who calimed to be the supervisor was rude and unprofessional. He also told me different names when I talked to him.
Our stuff was put in the delivery truck very poorly.
