I made a reservation. I received a confirmation online. I printed confirmation. I went to get car. Car wouldn't open. I called Zipcar. Brad, the customer service rep, said I had no reservation. I told him I was holding it in my hand. He called me a liar. He said the reservation was in someone else's name. I told him my name was on it. He said it was not. I told him I was looking at my name on the printed confirmation. He said I had no confirmation. I gave the phone to my boyfriend. Brad told my boyfriend the reservation was in his name. My boyfriend told Brad that he had never made a reservation.

Brad insisted that the reservation was in my boyfriend's name. My boyfriend's card opened the car. We took the car. We came home. I opened my email. I had a confirmation from ZIPCAR for the reservation I made in my email. My boyfriend had a reservation confirmation in his email for a reservation that was made WHILE HE WAS IN THE PARKING LOT ON THE PHONE WITH BRAD. We are being charged twice for the same car at the same time, under his name and mine. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD.
