ZipTitan advertises to send real estate leads *buyer and seller) to your for a specific zip code you specified when you signed up for the service. What we received in the first month was one lead which wasn't close to the subscribed zip code. The second month we've received ZERO leads. Horrible service and very poor customer support!! Lots of promises in their marketing which they don't deliver AZ
Signed up for zip code 89138 for real estate buyer and seller leads. After days went by with no communication or customer service followup, we received 1 real estate buyer lead for a DIFFERENT ZIP CODE for which we signed up for their service.
We sent them emails with our complain and their response was they would look into it. Nothing happened. We cancelled our service in the 2nd month and not heard from them. They owe us a refund for failing to deliver what was promised.
