      Against Tom Corbett, Staff, etc. 

Dear Mrs. Clinton, 

Attached are some documents that will prove my claims against Governor Corbett, Lt.Governor James Cawley, District Attorney Dave Heckler, three Townships of Police, State Police, Several Attorney's and two women Beth Glickman and Deborah Ongradi, who participated in the racketeering and manipulation of my children.   Also, for your review is bank activity that has been going on since 2009.   In confidence, I presented this to my attorney Patricia Cooley, in the fall of 2009.   ( We both stumbled upon it as we were going through financials in my divorce).    I found the problem when I called the automated telephone system without anyone's knowledge.     After, Pat looked into my findings and provided me with copies of bank checks, she advised me it was my money he was laundering.    I was still uncertain and the County had been negligent with all of the abuse for over a year, I decided to confidentially go to the FBI and present to them what I found and several issues I felt were underlying in this situation.   At that time I stated to the FBI that I thought Patricia Cooley was afraid of the individuals involved. (I learned later what was going on.) 

Please look into the attached material: 

1.    Forged Insurance Check that was reported to Chris McAteer our Bucks County Detective with Phone records that implicate Detective Randy Morris in the corruption scandal. 

2.   2 years of stolen income tax 2008 and 2009.   My records are now erased from the internal revenue department.   I called the IRS at 800-829-1954,  I spoke with ID. No#100677268,  He informed me that he has no record of me filing in 2008 and 2009.   I am trying to get more information to confirm this phone call and I am providing you with hard copies of the taxes filed along with the forged deposits of the tax checks and tapes implicating the attorneys.    I am providing documents of the individuals that I have been forwarding material to.   I stumbled upon Dave Hecklers associations within the internal revenue department throughout the ICE Unit.   Please investigate Dave Heckler.    It appears he has been manipulating my tax return and misrepresenting himself to the Ogden Ice Department along with Department of Treasury and his connections to organized crime along with the county attorneys' that I've been reporting. 

3.   Mail Fraud:   A program called REGULUS has been changing my mail through utility companies and forwarding my bills and changing my address to make it look like I am living with Joseph Moors at 57 Mxxxn Avenue, Yardley, Pa.   This was part of the conspiracy tied into the arrest of Joseph Moors on January 3, 2011 by the US Marshals.   (Those records are now erased as well)   I have a witness willing to testify against Tom Corbett. and Staff. 

4.   Documents and Tapes with reference to several kidnapping charges, false reports, harassment of minors, false arrest, defamation of character, civil rights violations, bribes etc.   This implicates Governor Tom Corbett, Lt. Governor James Cawley, Charles Martin, Frank Fina, Nelson Brewster, Chris McAteer, District Attorney David Heckler, Assistant DA Ryan xxxx, Assistant DA Monica Fuxxxx, Detective Randy Morris, Chief O'Neil, Sergeant Joseph Moors, Officer Justin Gerling, Officer Ferry, Officer Urelis, Beth Glickman, Deborah Ongradi and many more.     Also, a letter I sent to Charlotte xxxxxez who was a victim.   Joe Moors used this woman and her daughter to stay at my house while I lived there with the kids.    He tried to set me up to come home and find her there and provoke me.    His plan did not work.   My children were devastated and the county allowed these things to go on.    Please see the letter I sent to Charlotte xxxxdez.   I believe she was a victim of this sick abuse.   They harassed my oldest daughter so much a family friend got her an apartment just to get her away from the abuse in the house.    Today Samantha doesn't speak to any of us because of the mind manipulation, intimidation by the police and conspiracy of manipulating her for over a year.    She doesn't speak with anyone who knew her all of her 17 years.    She is 20 years old now.   The county knew and was told repeatedly and all of these people did nothing to help my children. 

5.    Retirement Account:    The same network I have been reporting to the Disciplinary Board for various codes of conduct are extorting and laundering my retirement funds through various forms of manipulation involving but not limited to the Open Records Department Terry Mutchler's Office.   (see attached documents) 

6.   All of the people mentioned cut deals for political gain.   Please focus on the 8th District of Pennsylvania.   I have several boxes of material to back up and prove more corruption.    Kevin Zlock fraudulently obtained limited Power of Attorney and has been changing property deeds out of my name since April 6, 2011. 

     I have been forwarding a lot of the information to Joshua Lock's Office since fall of 2010, in an effort to help Mr. Lock with the Bonus-gate Case.    I believe, I have more corruption on Tom Corbett and his collaborated corrupt network, than anything Corbett could present in Bonus-gate. 

     This victimization started when I expressed my knowledge of Prostitution within the Police Departments. 

    Please understand, they victimized and jeopardized the safety of the public, a woman with cancer and children for years for political gain.

Dear Mrs. Clinton,
Thank you for taking the time to address the serious issues I have presented. I hope that with all of the correspondence I have presented that great changes will come to put an end to the ongoing racketeering in Pennsylvania.
This letter unfortunately, is addressing more corruption with specific attention to the corrupt practices of Judge Robert O. Baldi. Judge Robert O. Baldis participation in the scandal has hampered my children and the public since his appearance on October 5, 2009. I believe there is enough documentation provided to your office to remove Judge Baldi from the Bucks County Court system. It is in the best interest of the public to remove him from his seat and it has been brought to my attention he is also an appointee of District Attorney David Heckler who is directly involved in the corruption scandal.
On October 5, 2009, Judge Baldi took over my court proceedings. His placement, came after the incident, regarding the kidnapping and Protection From Abuse hearing, in which, corrupt individuals showed up to intimidate Judge Finley, on September 23, 2009. This situation has and continues to be harassment from three townships of Police and Politicians.
With regard to all of my letters, please note that I have tried respectfully, to handle this situation without implicating Judge Robert O. Baldi,, however, I find his neglectful behavior to be intentional. In addition, Joseph Moors has personally threatened me with Judge Baldi, which further confirms my beliefs of his participation in the conspiracy, which involves, money laundering through First Federal Bank. Judge Baldi is Co-Chairman of the Board of First Federal Bank. I provided a fax to Robert O. Baldi as Chairman on May 4, 2011 to notify him of the corruption and money laundering. He was also notified through his Judges chambers on the Bucks County Court previously. Also, Pamela Samuels of First Federal had been notified during the month of September, 2009 with reference to Joseph Moors stealing my income tax and an insurance check with forgery.


Attached for your review is a copy of the October 5, 2009 court order. At the time of October 5, 2009, my children and I had incurred over a years worth of abuse. Judge Baldi forced my children and I to cohabitate and left us penniless. I had to borrow an additional $20,000, from a family friend because Judge Baldi would not remove Joseph Moors from the house and would only award me $75.00 a week for necessities. I provided all food, transportation and clothing. At that time I had been a stay at home mother and primary caregiver, who was recovering from invasive cervical cancer and all funds were withdrawn by Joseph Moors. I did not have access to credit cards or cell phone to help my children, Joseph Moors had cancelled everything. I also, had previously borrowed $10,000, to provide shelter for my oldest daughter who at that time was being harassed so badly, I had to get her out of the house. She was 17 at that time. Joseph Moors repeatedly broke court orders and the Courts did nothing. At this point in time, I had paid $23,000 to Patricia Cooley for legal fees and I still could not get any help from the Bucks County Courts.

I was told by Patricia Cooley that I would have to provide sufficient space if I moved out or Kevin Zlock would be able to obtain full custody of the children, who at that time, did not want to stay with him. I find this to be very offensive from the court and the attorneys. It is not difficult to figure out, that a stay at home mother with cancer, being abused and left penniless would not have means of providing financial resources. Judge Robert O. Baldi and the court did nothing to help us.

Kevin Zlock even tried to separate my children, creating more emotional stress and the bucks county court constantly entertains this type of manipulation, that is forever hampering women and children. The Attorneys have their own racket, with no regard for the welfare of the people they continuously victimize. They just want to make money and create more court hearings. As a mother, if I did not show up, I would be held in contempt. These sick types of proceedings still continue and the corrupt politicians are building a second court house to pursue this abuse. It is now August of 2011, Kevin Zlock commits repeated felonies with Joseph Moors and I have received documentation that I am to vacate and pay Joseph Moors attorneys fees to Kevin Zlock. The same attorney I have been reporting to the disciplinary board and the IRS since spring of 2010. I sent you a copy of my conflict of interest letter dated January 21, 2011 along with other material I have been reporting since 2008. The district Attorney, Dave Heckler and Judge Baldi refuse to follow the rules of the court.

Judge Robert O. Baldi has been and continues to be completely incompetent and abusive towards me and my children. See the latest material from Kevin Zlocks office.

Any Judge turning a blind eye, on abuse towards women and children, needs to be removed. His neglect and continuous disrespect of the court of law, continues to endanger the public. All parties are participants in the racketeering that involves money laundering, conspiracy, extortion, intent to harm, false arrest from January 3, 2011 by the US Marshals office, that implicates Governor Corbett.

Judge Robert Baldi has allowed Kevin Zlock, Patricia Cooley, Kevin Handy and Joseph Moors to extort and commit continued felonies through the courts of Bucks County. District Attorney Dave Heckler is a participant of and continues to allow laundered money through the bank which Judge Baldi is Co-Chairman.
