They will acknowledge complaints and provide a link to an online tracking service for the complaint status (it does not work).
They will NOT reply to emails
I really must ask the question- Why do VISA and Mastercard tolerate these Scamming "Vendors"? without the support of Visa and Mastercard their Scams would die!
