Zml.com Scam artist Internet
To those that are wanting to download from ZML.com please don't they are a total rip off.
I tried to download movies from them and there ad said it was .99cents to download up to ten movies, but when I went to try and download they redirected me and told me that I have to UPGRADE to the platinum so I could access there full site.
So i did upgraded but by the time I was ready to download the movie I wanted it redirected to another thing telling me to download a curtain type of file for the movie to play on I tried and it never even did anything.
I immedately cancled my subscription and of course the had already took money out of my account without even stating how much this would have been. And now I have to file a claim against them for the funds they took.
Funny thing is it did not take them long to pull my money but it will for me to get it back.

I had a very similar experience and immediately contacted customer support. Though they resisted at first, customer support was reasonable and refunded the charges. I suggested that they clearly indicate when they will be charging your card; they indicated that the suggestion would be considered. In the end, I feel that they acted according to good business practice.
