Complaint Review: ZML.COM - The Movie Library (Vargendia LTD)

i signed up for a .99 cent trial period to download movies.once the card information is taken,then you are told you can only download movies from '07 or older.the same day my bank account was billed for $39.90.two days later it was billed for $39.90 again.tried to contact the company but no response.

i have tried to report this to the consumer protection groups but i am sure nothing will be done.most online commerce seems to be a scam of some sort with no recourse for the consumer.i see why these companies need to stay hidden online,otherwise i would be kicking their f'ing door down.
