I placed an order on 8/5 for two computers (@ $625 each) + S & H ($80) = $1330.  I was given an order number and tracking number for EMS.  Then I was asked to pay an additional amount for customs.  However, I was given the option of buying two more computers to avoid the customs charge, and was told that I will not have to pay an additional S & H charge by doing so.  I chose this option (which brought my order to four computers now totaling $2630), and told that the tracking number would be the same.  As I followed my order with the tracking number, I come to find out that MY order has been sent to someone else in Singapore!!!  I was then asked to send you and additional $520 because of a natural disaster in China for my order to be sent.  OR I can spend an additional $1000 (again) and my order will be shipped for free. On 8/19, I went online to the company's Customer Service tab.  During the two hours with an online rep, I asked for my money to be returned.  I was told that only 40% could be returned.  I requested to change my order down to two, computers ($1250), to use an additional $520 of my money for the shipping (now to be done by TNT) and to return 40% of the remaining $780 ($312 back to me while LOSING $458).  This offer of mine, at a loss to me, was declined by the rep.  I then requested to have three, computers ($1875) and to use an additional $520 of my money for the shipping.  I would take the a $235 loss.  Again, the rep refused, saying that I could not change my order.

Indeed.  What kind of idiot sends money to someone he doesn't know in a foreign country ????   You got exactly what you deserve - NOTHING.

Yes, you got scammed and there's not much you can do about it.  Next time, buy from a reputable US company. NEVER wire money to someone you don't know, there's really no way to ever get it back.

Please use a little common sense next time.
