Zol-US.com Paid and never received item Internet
Received an email from a friend telling us about a great deal to get laptops. Checked around and the company seemed ok - Ordered a laptop and transfered the money. Once they received the money they said it was held up in customs and they needed another $145 - after searching the internet I found that the custom service they used is not used in China or England anymore - when talking to them with on-line chat - they quit talking to me and they said I can not a get a refund or my laptop until I paid the extra or order more stuff. I offered to pay the custom department myself and they said they had to pay it from their end. Wont even talk to me know.
