Complaint Review: zolna yachts san diego ca

Amos Zolna appears to be a successful business man, but he does not have much respect for other boaters and marina tenants who I know also pay the same boatslip fees as he to enjoy the marina. I am NOT a competitor and I don't have any interest in any charter company. I have right to voice my experience like anyone else.

Amos comes across as arrogant and self - absorbed. What I have grown to dislike is his obvious contempt for others, especially those in a related or similar business; hard working licensed charters who are clearly doing as well if not better than he is! There are several long established companies who are respectful both on and off the water. Amos is a little man (literally tiny, little guy) in a big pond. I'm done with Marina Cortez management looking the other way because Amos oversees several yachts and houseboats on site and this equals more revenue for the marina. 

I'm pretty confident that Rebecca Barns, owner of Marina Cortez gets a kick back from Amos. This explains why she has no problem letting Amos slide when it comes to certain rules and regs. Frankly, I am tired of the constant parade of people and the loud overnight visitors on his boats. These folks often disrupt our peace and tranquility. This is NOT fair to us. Hey, this marina is for everyone to enjoy not just money from out of own.

There is no question that the marina has a responsibility to act on behalf of all tenants, not just these folks who they are getting charter profits from. Rebecca and Amos seem to be drinking from the same water hose because they both believe its okay to treat marina tenants like crap. We know when it comes to certain activities you both are operating above the law. All eyes are on you now! If this continues -- the bullying and harassing of certain folks because it seems for whatever reason Amos or Becky have contempt for them and allowing "golden goose" tenants to bend and break Port rules that infringe on others, well eventually its going to catch up with you all. People around here are pretty fed up and you both know why!! Don't act surprised if you find yourselves with some hefty fines from the Port or in a big lawsuit. My recommendation is clean up your act!
