Zone Platinum Entertainment Amendment to my first report, to say that Tommy is a con artist is an understatement! New York City New York

This is an amendment to my first report. I say amendment as I unfortunately cannot amend my report on first try as there is no way to. Anyways it's all good, I want to make sure that I embarrass the hell out of this company. Now let us begin. I mentioned in my first report about how Tommy was playing me in the name of friendship and love. Now I'm not saying that being gay is bad, it's certainly not a bad thing especially as I myself am gay. And even though sexual orientation is irrelevant, when you put things into perspective and you really ask yourself what his intentions are, it really is nothing pretty. I'm sorry I let him intimidate me. I wish I knew earlier that what he was doing was scammy behavior, but him not showing up at the airport to pick me up? I bail him out of jail when nobody else would. And all this talk of me going to meet Phil Collins? If I know anything about Phil Collins he probably wouldn't be caught dead signing to a rap label, let alone a rap label that has no successful artists signed with them. And for those of you who are actually successful rappers, nothing against you, I just am not into that type of music. Anyway, he promised a record deal, massive worldwide distribution and huge tours which again, bills were coming out of my pocket, even apparently as he was dealing with Sony, which is supposed to be a million dollar business? Why am I footing the bills then? And Phil Collins email address is an .edu extention, isn't that generally for colleges? Why would Phil Collins have a college domain as his email address? And to think Tommy texts me saying I had no right to send invoices to that email, or any of them for that matter. Well Tommy your days of messing with me are done, if you don't give me back all $4000.00 soon, I'll end up raising the amount and on top of that I'm gonna sue. I don't know why I took your threats seriously, you couldn't make me a star and I guess for all it's worth there isn't any way you could break me either. But I will get my revenge and all my money back. You not only took advantage of my love and my trust, but you took advantage of the fact I was blind. I also lost my housing because of you. I flew to NYC on July 11, neither you nor Phil Collins came to pick me up from the airport. I'm back in Colorado now and I'm gonna make sure your pay pal accounts go so deep in the negative so you'll know how it feels. I heard the Zone Platinum Entertainment pay pal account's not doing well, as I've just reported transactions to pay pal and it went straight to claims. I'm gonna win that one, and also I've done a chargeback through my bank. It's time for some lives to get ruined, but my life won't be one of them. And if you do something stupid to land your sad a** in jail, don't expect me to bail you out because I won't. Go cry to Phil Collins to bail you out. F*** you Tommy, f*** yourself. Oh and to Phil Collins if you even associate yourself with this Tommy idiot at Zone Platinum Entertainment, then f*** yourself as well.

Eddie Baker, also known as Tommy Wallace in disguise tried to pull a fast one on me, but this time I saw it coming. Not only have I notified the FBI, I've notified all law enforcement throughout the State of New York, as well as the attorney general of New York. Tommy thought that by disguising his voice and changing his name to Eddie Baker that I wouldn't figure out what he was trying to do when it came to getting music taken down and how he tried charging me all this money to get music taken off the internet. I found out he'd been lying this whole time because I'd contacted spotify, Apple, Shazam and other places that sell music and they all told me that they don't charge to get music taken down. Case and point... I'm glad I got my money back from the bank and even happier still that I never sent them original material. It took a while but eventually I won out in the end.

Stay away from this scam of a company. They'll try to threaten you with getting the IRS on you if you don't pay them to remove your info off the internet, I spoke to the IRS on the phone and told them about Zone Platinum Entertainment and guess what! They laughed their asses off when I told them about their threats, because one look on the internet and they saw exactly what everyone else saw, which is they're nothing but big con artists. They even threatened to sue you if you don't tell Ripoff Report to remove bad reviews about them. How funny is that! I just want to send out a very loud and clear warning to those con artists at Zone Platinum Entertainment, try to mess with me again like you did this past almost two years and you're going to be running for your life. I've got family and friends in high places who will make it so you never see the light of day ever again. And that's not a threat, that's a promise. I'm going to be the first and last blind person you ever scam out of money.

Update::

Though Tommy Wallace was very dishonest, deceitful and selfish and almost caused me to be evicted from my apartment and lose my housing, Eric Baker who has now taken Tommy's place as A&R stepped in and helped to do things right. I was informed that Tommy has been fired as a result of his actions and while it will definitely take a long time to recover from what Tommy did to me, I'm glad that Eric at least had the heart to step up and show compassion and he has offered to work with me, and I may consider working with him sometime in the future. I'd like to thank Eric for his kindness and really taking the time to listen to me and show compassion and understanding. I'm not giving up on my music because music is a passion of mine, and when you have a passion for something you love there's nothing that can ever hold you back or make you quit.
