I bought a 2003 Kia Sedona, the van was overheating I took the car back 4 times within a month,  for the same problem, and those 4 times he pretended to fix it, but It's not, the van keep on overheating. the owner kept lying to me about the car was fixed, I took the car to a mechanic and they told me that the engine and the transmition is not good, when the AC is runnig the engine start overheating and the transmition is kicking too.

The last time I took the car back, he told me he is going to replace the engine. But I called the warranty company to check if they report the engine problem and they told me, they don't. He just keep on sending the van to different mechanics with no result. He told me that I signed the contract with "sold as is" and he's just doing a favor. I'm sick and tired of the situation and i don't know what to do. I gave him $2,000 down and $278 a month for 12 month. I already paid my first payment and the car still broken. What you suggest I could do?

Rocio Murphy stop ripping people off

Rocio,

Lets start, the vehicle came with a lifetime engine warrnty, you have a copy of the policy, so why claim that you made repairs when the warranty would have covered them, agian a false statement from your part, you are the RIP OFF. The vehicle was and is in perfect shape, minus the parts that you or your husband removed.

The repairs you state you made, they were never done, I had the whole tracking history of that vehicle, it had a GPS, it never went to a shop for repairs.

The issue is that your husband wanted this vehicle against your will, it had to be put in your name due to his suspended license.

The vehicle, miles etc on all vehicles I sell are certified, so do not use lame excuses or lie. The facts are clear, you have taken everybody for a ride (riped off) that has come in your path.

Stop using your son and religion as a shield, stop ripping off everybody that comes in your way.Go pay your past due rent.

Well, the reason I stop making the payments is because I had to spend $ 690.00 dollars to fix the car. Because HE DID NOT FIXED IT. (I have prove). He knew that by law If the car is returned to the dealer for the same problem so many times within the month, I have the right to return it. But he told me that he can't do that cause the Title was already in my name. Any way A week later after I fixed the car the AC compresor was gone. so to fix it, was $590.00. That's why I desired not to continue with this lemon. that's why I say he stoled me my downpayment an the two month that I paid and the $690 That I paid to fix the car. I did not made a car fax, but I ask him if the car is rebuilds, and he told me NO. In the same week that I bought the car he had three more cars that he sold it with problems and customers very angry. He needs to be stop, by ripping people off, with cars that is not good. I still have the paper work. I going to run a car fax to see if the car is rebuilds or the odometer was changed. I really don't care now, but I' ll do it for reference.

Buyers remorse

#7REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, August 10, 2011

The customer making all the above claims, forgot to say that the vehicle was reposesed due to non payment.

All her compalints were false, they were done for the simple fact to not make payments. The vehicle was fixed, it had a lifetime engine warranty through PROTECTIVE, all claims were handled by them, we sold the vehicle AS IS and the vehicle is and has been in perfect shape.

The vehicle is in our property for sale since the above mentioned person DID NOT MAKE HER PAYMENTS.

All her claims are false. It seems that she used this sight to air out her mismanagement of not making payments, hiding the vehicle and I got it.
