I also signed up as a Distributor based on many promises - none of which were ever fulfilled. Thank God I didn't spend the money to be a "Founder".

But I was still on the hook for the monthly maintenance of a replicated website that was never functional. Finally I got fed up with waiting and never seeing any progress (phones, mobile service providers, etc.) and I cancelled my account. I followed the Terms and Conditions and sent a written request. Then I called the office to get the fax number to fax in the cancellation letter - but the fax number was not working.

Next monthI got charged again - andI called to complain. They will look into it. Nothing happened, and when I called again the person I spoke with now said I had to send an email through a special gmail address.

Again, nothing happened - and the next month I was charged TWICE.

So I called again to insist on the cancellation and request a refund of the three extra charges. I was then told I had to go to another place and submit a request using a new form. When I asked when/if this would be handled I was told it was up to George's wife. When I asked for her direct number I was told that they did n't have it - they only communicated through Skype. (I had been prviously told the Burton's had a huge motorhome outfitted to promote Zoom = business expense and no address.)

Four months after cancelling my account - several different ways - I am still being charged!
