wlliam forhan clark forhan are runnin g a stock scam. they are selling restricted shares of stock in "public" company under the trading symbol ZMMM. THOUGH THE "COMPANY" IS LISTED ON THE OTC MARKETS IT HAS ZERO VOLUME OF TRADING MEANING THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TRADING. they buy investor lists and cold call unsuspecting investors offering the stock at $1.00 a share telling them that it's trading at $3.10 and investors have a built in profit of 200%. the problem is that even when the restriction is lifted buyers can't sell the stock because the volume of bids is zoro! the company has no real assets, they don't have 1 rugby team and the owners son, clark forhan who "runs" the day to day boiler room operation is using the companies $ as his own personal piggy bank! he is rarely there, usually at flanagans across the street or in a gay bar elsewhere drinking.  the investors money is going toward his car payments, and broker comissions who are unlicensed and illegally selling the stock to unsuspecting investors. they rent an executive ste. go and drink at flanagan's every day pay their own personal expenses with investors money. everyone works under a 1099 which against S.E.C regulations and is paying up to 23% com. to his unlicensed brokers. michael vaden is a drunken crackhead who lost his commodoties licence for fruad who drinks beer, lies through his teeth and starts fights in the office. he only comes to work when totally broke (he's allways broke) to get beer and crack money fron clark they are best friends so clark gives it to hpm. clark's father, william forhan the fake CEO knows what his son is doing but allows it. they are ripping-off investors 401k's and individual retirement funds through ENTRUST. BY THE TIME THE SECURITY EXCHANGE COMISSION SHUTS THEM DOWN all the investors money will be gone. if you work for them you will go to jail. if you buy ZMMM stock you WILL LOSE ALL YOUR $!
