iZoom USA, who somehow gets reputable companies to see their garbage computers, is unacredited by the BBB, and has a rating of F (From A to F). And there is little wonder why.

My wife purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude 630 through the Kmart/Sears Marketplace. The one they first sent us did not function as expected, like taking one and a half minutes to open a browser, nevermind navigating from your homepage. We emailed repeatedly for an RMA form, which they require in order to return our computer, but they wouldn't respond to us. After we contacted Kmart customer service, Zoom sent the form.

The second laptop we received was in worse shape than the first. It worked a few times, then crashed to the infamous Blue Screen of Death and has been a paperweight ever since. This Zooms website claims they are known for their customer service; it's true. They have the worst I have ever dealt with, and the internet is lousy with reviews like this one.

They will not reply to our emails so we can return the second broken laptop they sent us. I have spoken to half a dozen Kmart service reps, all of whom said the problem had been handled. It still has not, since ZoomUSA won't actually send out the form, no matter how many times they tell Kmart they will.

PLEASE do not buy from this company. Look up reviews if you are tempted. My experience is far from unique. In fact it seems to be the norm. ZoomUSA is based out of a garage in Brooklyn, and they WILL rip you off. I guaruntee it, and you can take my word over theirs any day.
