I open an account on zoosk.com and search for matches, so i did see some people that i liked one of the option to show them your interest is to send them a "wink". When you wink some one and they have an auto response this will look like you have a true message from this person of course zoosk doesn't let you read them. Zoosk sends you an email and tells you that you actually received a message from this person.Well I subscribed and it looks like you are paying 19.99 but there's a activation fee 2 bucks before you know you paid 45 bucks. Anyway you go back to your account excited to read the messages ....well then you realize zoosk just tricked you. I just cancel my account and lost 45 bucks.
My complaint is auto response is not a message from someone its just a response to your action Zoosks mislead me made think that winked person actually typed up a message for me. this is not honest. this is just like if you send an email to someone and that person is on vacation so her/his email account auto response to you saying i am on vacation etc.. you would not accept that an email from the person. You just got informed that the person you tried to reach is not available.
