Order hand prower lift on11/28/18. Never heard from them a week ago 1/21/19 I recieved a phone charge. Started looking for got a tracking number 784048688983 Fedx said they delivered on12/1/18 it weight was 1 pound.

 I also ordered this product, and all I received was a phone cable.
