Complaint Review: Zoxoro

This American based company deceptively gives the impression that they are based in Australia by providing a contact number (message bank only) with an Australian postcode and an australian email address which fails online fraud detection tests.


Their internal tracking system is bogus. The times and dates that they provide for tracking products do not marry up with the dates that products are actually dispatched.
When queried on this, the customer is typically told that the item was 'shipped' by their own company to the courier, and this is what the notification was initially referring to.
How could this be when the courier and Zoxoro are both located in the same state and it takes sometimes WEEKS or even MONTHS for the courier to be provided with the goods from Zoxoro?
How is Zoxoro transporting their customer's orders to their courier? Via horseback?


Phone messages go unreturned, emails go unanswered and don't expect to get any satisfaction from their "online customer assistance" either. These people (whoever they are) refuse to provide contact numbers for their 'warehouses' that they claim exist in numerous countries and will not put you in touch with a supervisor, even when they claim that one is sitting right beside them.
What they will do is provide you with yet another dead-end email address which you can send a complaint to. Just don't expect to receive a reply.

Ask them for the ABN of their 'warehouse' in Australia and you will not receive a response. Why? Because it is doubtful that such a place even exists, as none is registered on the Australian governments official ABN lookup page.

I am not the first person to complain about this scam and I'm sure I won't be the last. Read the various reviews by hundreds of other dissatisfied customers who received the wrong products, broken products, didn't receive anything at all, didn't receive a refund and/or were unable to get in touch with an actual living human being to rectify the situation.
