ZPDI AND LEGACY LONG DISTANCE COLLECT CALLS RIP OFF SAN ANTONIO Texas
ZPDI on behalf of Legacy LD charged my local provider, Cox, for collect phone calls that were never accepted. After hours on the phone with Cox, ZPDI and Legacy and getting no where, and determing that ZPDI and Legacy are crooks, I am filing a formal complaint with the FCC. I would suggest that if anyone goes through this aggravation, file a report with the FCC.
