Inquiries: Hello, On my July 4, 2009 bill, there was a charge for a call made from a payphone to my residence on June 4, 2009 at 02:19P To Iowa City, IA, From Cedar Rapids, IA. It was 5-minute call that billed me $18.30. I realized that this call was in fact accepted by someone at my residence and paid the full amount of that bill for that billing statement (as shown below and can be verified trough Qwest). Now, on my July 4, 2009 bill, ZPDI charged me again for the same call, at the same tome and date and number of minutes toalaling the exact same dollar amount. Clearly there has been a mistake in charging me again for the same date: June 04, 2009, time: 02:19P, minutes: and amount: $18.30. Clearly, there is something wrong with this picture. I paid you the $18.30 the first time. However, it seems to me it would be impossible for my phone number, a single line with NO call waiting, to accept another call to my same number of (319) 339-7592 - at the same time for the same duration of 5 minutes. Clearly, this HAS to be an ERROR on your part. When this happened the first time, I asked your representative to block ANY and ALL future calls attempting to be made to my home phone number through your company. Apparently, this DID NOT HAPPEN! There is NO WAY that I could have accepted two separate phone calls from two different numbers on my ONE home phone line that does NOT have call waiting. Pasted below are the call details copied and pasted from both the July 4, 2009 and August 4, 2009 phone bills respectively. I am asking that you credit the second bill of $18.30, as there is NO WAY this could have happened. This is clearly an error on your part. Below, in order, is the copied and pasted information from the June 4 bill listing the call details and proof of payment on the August 4 bill:

0zzz***IF QWEST DID NOT SUBMIT THE $19.40 PAID TO THEM FOR THE JULY 4, 2009 BILL, THIS IS NOT DUE TO MY ERROR AND I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN BE BILLING ME FOR THE SAME CALL TWICE. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO CALLS IS THE \"CALLED FROM\" NUMBER, WHICH AGAIN, WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO ACCEPT TWO CALLS MADE AT THE EXACT SAME TIME ON ONE PHONE LINE FOR THE EXACT SAME DURATION. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH ANY AND ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED THUS FAR ON BEHALF OF ZPDI AND AGAIN AM REQUESTING THAT ALL FUTURE CALLS THAT WOULD NORMALLY BILL THROUGH YOUR ESTABLISHMENT BE INDEFINITELY BLOCKED FROM COMING THROUGH MY PHONE LINE.
