This company has NO contact info at ALL before you buy or inside the site! Use your noodle, WHY would a site go out of it's way to be 100% anonymous in every way?
Avoid any company that goes to extensive lengths to hide its own identity, address and phone numbers, for obvious reasons.
I found this info (below) by going to WHOIS at Network Solutions.

The site is called ZReactor, a Zune music download site. Click Bank is the facilitator for the payment. Once you get inside ZReactor, there is also NO contact info, no help section, no company information to get a hold of anyone. The software links are broken so you cannot download what you paid for.
3 emails to ZReactor (I got from the receipt email after the purchase) went totally 100% ignored, as did all of the emails to Click Bank, the site's payment facilitator.
EMails all the way from 2/8/2008 to 2/11/2008 went completely and totally ignored by ZReactor and ClickBank.com
This is the epitome of a scam in every way.
ZReactor is nothing more than a portal to buy other software anyway. They do not have a product of their own.
Its the equivalent of paying someone on EBay to get a link to buy a manual for your car from Ford,, Honda, etc.
In other words, you could have gone directly to Ford, Honda, etc. on your own, rather than paying the EBay scammer for a link you could have found yourself.
